Wild oak tree honey is rare, very dense and viscous with subtle caramel tones. It is collected from the ancient oak forest of Olympus Mountain, the Centaur mythological home. Oak tree is considered to be Zeus holy tree. Its magical and rich taste is a sweet journey to mythological destinations.

The oak trees in the Mount Olympus region provide nectar for bees, and this has led to the production of a distinctive honey known as "Olympus Honey" or "Wild Oak Honey from Olympus Mountain." The honey is highly sought after due to its unique flavor and the specific plants the bees forage on, such as oak and chestnut blossoms.

The flavor is very unique ; dense and concentrated and not as sweet as mot honeys , yet still very appealing. And the very KooL bottle it was delivered in made it a challenge for me to open it , ha , ha , but I'm glad I finally did. I would recommend this honey to any Honey lover.
