If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
Return Conditions:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging with the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds:
Once we receive your item, we’ll inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your credit card (or original payment method) within 10 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. An email will confirm when your refund is processed.
Return Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable, and if a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Please allow additional time during peak seasons or holidays.
US Shipping Methods & Rates:

Economy (3-8 days)
- Up to 7lbs: $12
- 7lbs to 14lbs: $25
- Over 14lbs: $40
Alaska and Hawaii:
We ship to Alaska and Hawaii with shipping costs based on order weight and destination. Delivery times vary depending on the selected shipping method.
Order Tracking:
Once shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to monitor your shipment on our website or the carrier's site.
International Shipping:
We ship internationally to select countries. International orders may incur customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the customer's responsibility. We cannot assume responsibility for damage, loss, or theft on international orders.
Shipping Protection (US Only):
We offer an optional Shipping Protection Policy, covering damages, loss, or theft during transit. Purchase this protection at checkout for coverage; otherwise, we cannot assume responsibility for transit issues. Contact us if your protected order arrives damaged, including photos and descriptions for swift resolution.
- If Shipping Protection was not purchased: Customers without protection who receive damaged items should contact the shipping carrier directly and follow their claims process.
Address Accuracy:
It’s essential to provide accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges due to incorrect addresses will be the customer’s responsibility.
Shipping Delays:
We aim to meet delivery estimates, but delays can occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather or carrier issues. Please allow additional time during holiday or peak seasons.
Order Modifications & Cancellations:
Once an order is placed, modifications (including changes to shipping method, address, or items in the order) may not be possible. Please review all details carefully before finalizing. Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of placement by contacting our support team directly at info@theolivehive.com.
