Honey Garlic Shrimp Stir Fry

  1. Prepare the Honey Garlic Sauce:
In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Set aside.
  2. Cook the Shrimp:
In a large skillet or wok, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and opaque. Remove the shrimp from the pan and set aside.
  3. Stir Fry Vegetables:
In the same pan, add a bit more olive oil if needed. Stir-fry the bell pepper, broccoli, and carrot until they are crisp-tender.
  4. Combine Shrimp and Vegetables:
Add the cooked shrimp back to the pan with the stir-fried vegetables.
  5. Add Honey Garlic Sauce:
Pour the prepared honey garlic sauce over the shrimp and vegetables. Toss everything together to coat evenly.
  6. Finish and Garnish:
Stir in sliced green onions and cook for an additional minute. If desired, sprinkle sesame seeds over the stir fry.
  7. Serve:
Serve the Honey Garlic Shrimp Stir Fry over cooked rice.
