Honey Cinnamon Oat Pancakes
These pancakes are not only delicious but also packed with the goodness of oats, honey, and cinnamon to kickstart your day!
Ingredients
- 1 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- A pinch of salt
- Butter or oil for cooking
- Fresh fruits and additional honey for topping
Instructions
- Blend the Batter:
In a blender, combine oats, banana, milk, egg, honey, baking powder, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Blend until you have a smooth pancake batter.
- Let the Batter Rest:
Allow the batter to rest for a few minutes. This gives the oats time to absorb some of the liquid and thickens the batter.
