Feta Saganaki with Sesame and Honey

Materials
- 400 gr. feta hard, cut into 2 pieces
- 100 gr. Sesame
- 100 gr. black sesame
- 4 egg whites
- Extra virgin olive oil, Eptaechos
- Melira oregano honey, for serving
- Fresh oregano
Implementation
Put the egg whites in a bowl and beat them with a fork until foamy. I put enough olive oil in a pan to heat on medium heat.
I wipe the feta with kitchen paper and dip it in the egg whites. Bread one piece of feta in white sesame and the other in black sesame.
I put the first piece in the pan and fry it for 3-4 minutes on each side. I take out the first piece on a plate and fry the second piece as well.
I serve the feta slice warm, sprinkling with plenty of honey and fresh oregano.
